Managing Drop down navigation menu in CreataCRM

In CreataCRM, users can assign their own drops menus for themself of their colleagues, This artilce will explain how to add drown menus in CreataCRM

Click on the Cog icon on the top right

Click on Developer

Click on Navigation Config

Edit or create a new navigation menu

If New - Assign a name to the new navigation menu

Navigation menu

1. Drop Menus
2. Items in thed drop down menu
3. Action menu
   1. Save
   2. Show Removed to Hide
   3. Assign Users to Menu
   4. Delete the Navigation menu

Creating an item in the navigation menu

1. Clck on the Items Section
2. Click on new

Type of Menus

1. Nav Items - New items in the drop down menu
2. Nested Items - this allows sub menus
3. Divider - Adding line int he menu

For this example we are clicking on Nav Item

new Nav Item

When creating a new item, it will append to the end of the menu

1. Display Name of the Nav Item
2. Security Roles
3. icon display
4. Execute action
5. Side Excute actions
