Linked Cell Editor

The linked cell editor is used for the displaying of a field that links to another record.

An example might be the Primary Company for a contact.

Options

The linked cell editor has the following options

• Record Type
  • The record type this cell editor is for
• Caption Field
  • The field to use for the caption
• Sort Field
  • The field to use for sorting
• Sort Desc
  • Check if you would like to sort largest to smallest
• Criteria
  • This criteria will be used to filter records returned when editing.
• Search Criteria Template
  • The criteria to use when searching for a record ** will be replaced with the search term entered by the user.
• Initials Only
  • Will only render the first letter of each word in the caption field
