CreataCRM Sending EMail via Workflow

There is 2 type of email blocks you can send

With Sending Work flow Emails there is 2 type sending email templates

  1. Send Simple Email
    1. Sends as a SMTP Email
    2. Can Do BCC, CC, and Number of To
  2. Send Tracking Email
    1. One email at a time
    2. Smart hands and review the sends, and see if the issue in a easy user interface.

1.Send Simple Email (using CreataCRM SMTP)

These Email are not have a Send As template, it will use the setting in Nav side pannel and Admin => Settings, and then in Admin, and then System SMTP Settings,

It is not advise not to change these settings, and mail other elements reference this, and this will cause issues.

If you decide to change the email system SMTPMail From Address to your domain, this likely cause email not be receiving. and would need to chane the SPF

This is not recommended

Also to not if the workflow will keep retrying 5 times, between 30 or 180 secs if there is any issue for sending emails,

This workflow has the ability to CC, BCC and To

If you Add Send As, will use the SMTP Settings on the User

2 Tracking Emails. Tracking Email Server

There is 2 options you can use,

  1. CreataCRM Tracking mail Server
  2. Setup your personal tracking sending as your domain

Tracking Emails will Send one at a time, like a marketing camapign, and track if the email was received

Key things if used in Workflow is to Turn off Marketing Email
