Collection Cell Editor

The collection cell editor is used for the displaying of a collection field.

An example might be the tags a contact is linked to.

It is recommend to only used the collection cell editor for collections you know will be small as large collections will cause your table to be slow to load.

Options

The collections cell editor has the following options

• Record Type
  • The record type of this collection
• Caption Field
  • The field to use for the caption
• Sort Field
  • The field to use for sorting
• Sort Desc
  • Check if you would like to sort Largest to Smallest
• Criteria
  • This criteria will be used to filter records returned when editing.
• Search Criteria Template
  • The criteria to use when searching for a record ** will be replaced with the search term entered by the user.
• Initials Only
  • Will only render the first letter of each word in the caption field
